Intoxilyzer
8000
In
2003, after running a comprehensive battery of tests, the great
State of Tennessee failed to recommend the Intoxilyzer 8000
for use in that state because "The CMI Intoxilyzer 8000 FAILED
to yield satisfactory results on ALL accuracy, precision and performance
tests." So, the IR 8000 is not good enough for the folks down
in Tennessee, but it's good enough to cost innocent people in Arizona
their freedom, driver's licenses and reputations.
Mr.
Loss, and his Partner John Phebus, are two of only four
attorneys in the entire State of Arizona to undergo advanced training
on the Intoxilyzer 8000.
