Kingman, Ariz., authorities dropped criminal charges against country singer Mindy McCready Friday in a case involving a stolen pickup truck.
Few details of the case have been made public, E! Online noted. Fromt the start, McCready has claimed she was the victim of a con man.
The singer still has a number of court dates coming up, however. Her next appearance is in Tennessee Nov. 14 for a probation violation hearing.
McCready was tossed in a Florida jail in August on a warrant issued for her arrest following her second violation.
The pregnant singer was previously busted on a DUI charge in May and was convicted of fraudulently obtaining prescription painkillers in November 2004.
McCready had a No. 1 hit with "Guys Do It All the Time" in 1996.
