Arizona Traffic Survival School
A DUI conviction in Arizona, including any administrative suspension or revocation and/or suspension following the conviction, puts at least 8 points with the MVD (on your Arizona driving privileges). Anytime you get between 8 and 12 points, you have to go to traffic survival school, or your license will be suspended for up to six months until you attend the defensive driving class.
You can fill out my short form and ask what the license implications will be in your situation. Always make sure your mailing address is current with the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division. They will mail you any related information, and if you don't get it because your address is not up to date, your drivers license may go into suspension without you knowing it.
