Administrative
License Suspensions
There
are two primary types of administrative license suspensions which
are typical in Arizona DUI cases. These suspensions have nothing
to do with the judge's ruling of innocence or guilt in your criminal
case. If you refused a breath, blood or urine test (or could not
of completed one), you will most likely get a minimum of one year
license revocation. If you take a chemical body-alcohol test and
do not pass it, you will most likely get a minimum of a 90-day license
suspension.
